Most organizations are structured around functions, but performance is created through the interactions between them.

Throughout my career, I observed that many operational challenges did not originate within project management, engineering, procurement, quality, or operations themselves. They emerged where these functions connected—or failed to connect.

This insight became the foundation for my work on Operational Health and Value Chain Integration.
